Reservation Fee of Php10,000 for LOT and Php25,000 for House and Lot to preserved the unit for a month(s).

Now, since, you have given the necessary amount of money for the reservation, this will be deductible, once you have pay the 20 % downpayment amount of the said unit. Downpayment could be given in Discounts up to 12% for early payments or avail the installment plan of 3 months to 6 months even up to 12 months in ZERO 0% interest

You could pay in check payable to the said company or cash that could handled by one of your representative. This will be under my assistance.

  4. Marriage Certificate (If Married)
  5. Income Tax Return with w2 for the last 2 years
  6. Certificate of Employment & Compensation (notarized)
  7. Valid Contract of Employment (If applicable)
  8. Audited Financial Statement
  9. Business Registration & Mayor's Permit (If applicable)
  10. Special Power of Attorney
  11. Payslip at least 3 months
  12. BankBook/PassBook
  13. Photocopy of valid Company ID

  1. Housing Loan Application w/ recent 1x1 picture (3 copies notarized)
  2. Member Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
  3. Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV)
  4. Certificate of Employment & Compensation
  5. Income Tax Return with w2 for the last 2 years
  6. Payslip at least 1 month
